The Duovir-N Tablet is the pairing of antiretrovirals fixed-dose tablet that is prescribed for the treatment of HIV (Human Immune deficiency virus) infection. It contains 3 impressive antiviral agents which are, Lamivudine (150mg), Zidovudine (300mg), Nevirapine (200 mg) are given are all have different roles in the inhibition of viral replication each type of the oral medication. Lamivudine and Zidovudine both are of a class nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTIs) both will insert at the viral DNA level and will interfere with the replication of the viral DNA. The nevirapine is a member of the non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTI) class who directly bind on the enzyme called reverse transcriptase and withholds the protein from its actions. Precautions
